experiences I’ve ever had! Their website is easy to use. They have a
wonderful variety of products and reasonable prices. They even have
tracking for your orders right on their website! I was concerned about
receiving a gift on time and called their customer services line. I got a
real person right away and she was so helpful and understanding. She told
me she would make a note on the file so I would get my order on time. Not
only did it arrive on time as promised but I saw the representative had
hand written a note on my order asking them to deliver by my specified
date. She even included a business card in my order for an extra 10% off
my next purchase- how nice! The gift was exactly as it appeared online and
the engraving was beautiful. I purchased the gift wrapping too which was
just as it looked online with a lovely card. I loved my experience with
this purchase and you can bet I will definitely be purchasing from
Memorable Gifts.com again!
