My husband was truly pleased when he opened the anniversary present I purchased from your site. His favorite hobby is wood working, so the rosewood jewelry box turned out to be the perfect selection. I had his initials engraved on the top of the case. Your company did a very professional job.

There is another reason that both of us were so thrilled with the jewelry box and its four compartments.  He always talks and jokes about how he places his relationships,  responsibilities, hobbies and chores in separate sections in his mind so that he can deal with each one with total concentration and without conflict.

How appropriate that the men’s jewelry box comes with four compartments!  We laughed so hard!  Then he ceremoniously placed into the largest compartment a picture of me holding our daughter.  Next, he took off his watch and tie clasp and placed both in the compartment off to the side.  He set a small award he received for a recent entry in a carpentry contest in the next smallest section.  Finally, he took a note out of his pocket reminding him to pick up tomatoes on the way home – which he forgot to do by the way –and, after folding it several times, he placed it in the last and smallest section.

Seriously though, your customer service from start to finish was absolutely wonderful.  The jewelry box was wrapped beautifully. I could tell that my gift to my husband was packed with great care to prevent damage during shipping.

I have mentioned your website to friends and will continue to shop for personalized gifts at your online store.  By the way, I really like how easy it is to shop on the site.  Other gift sites are so cluttered with way too many items and the pictures are not high quality.  I can tell you take as much care with the site as you do with your packaging and shipping.
