Comments: I purchased a crystal letter opener on Friday, 12/24 and received it the following Thursday, 12/30. Prompt response and the product was beautiful and nicely wrapped in a gift box. Would definitely order something again!!!!

Comments: My wife loves this letter opener. The personalization looks very nice. It's a little heavy, but with its pointed tip, it gets envelopes opened quickly and neatly.

Comments: This is a pretty impressive gift. I like the fact that a recipient should not be able to immediately Gage the actual value of the item and it is highly functional. I put my company's name on it, and this is something that will always be around instead of being disposed of. I was especially pleased that Memorable Gifts was able to engrave on both sides of the letter opener. My only wish would be for a better box.
