"Nice product but have flaws"

Comments: I really like it. The idea is great, the look is great. But the letter opener doesn't work as good... I don't know if this is mine that's faulty or... But it cuts smoothly few inches only and then tends to jam... Also, the personalization letters are tooooo big for the product. Will look much better with a half-size font. Also a wish - ideally, I would add an embedded "eye" to the magnifier that has a 5X magnification.

Comments: WOW! A magnifier and letter opener..all in one?? I had to get this for my father's birthday. I personalized the tool with his initials. The delivery time was fast. The engraving made the tool look even more sophisticated. I cannot wait for my father to see this!
