Comments: We're VERY satisfied and impressed with the quality of the product! The engraving was beautiful (exactly as we pictured), and the bookends were much higher quality than I could've imagined. Gorgeous! Also, I ordered last minute and had a strict deadline- this was not a problem, they even got it to me a day early! Also, when I called to make sure they could meet the deadline, they had great customer service (no automated system!) I'll definitely order from here again!
