Comments: I bought this keepsake box for a Jewish baby naming. I was desperate to find a special gift, but needed it fast! I thought it would be nice to engrave the baby's Hebrew name and birthday on the box. I payed for next day air and it arrived, as promised. I opened the package and found a beautiful, but scratched box. I was so upset! I called customer service and they shipped out another one, which arrived the very next day and it was perfect! I couldn't be more satisfied and the gift was a big hit!
