Memorable Gifts offers 4 convenient shipping methods. All orders will be delivered based on the Shipping method you select during the checkout process.  The delivery time includes Designing your gift, Personalization and Shipping time.

Sipping Methods and Delivery Time:

Economy - Delivered in 12-15 Business Days
Standard - Delivered in 9-11 Business Days
Expedited - Delivered in 7-8 Business Days
Express - Delivered in 3-5 Business Days

 

If you have a specific delivery time frame or a deadline to meet, please let us know at the time you place your order and we will do our best to meet your requirements. Additional shipping and handling fees will apply to orders with special and customized delivery requests.

Yes, after entering your Customer Information you will have the opportunity to enter your recipient name and address information.


What is your return policy?


At Memorable Gifts your complete satisfaction is our primary goal. We stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order give us a call at 800-998-4830 or email us service@memorablegifts.comUnderstandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return. 

All returns/exchanges must be PREAPPROVED & AUTHORIZED within 30 days of receipt. 


Do you offer a volume discount If I purchase in quantities?


Yes, in further demonstration of our commitment to delivering excellent customer service, Memorable Gifts offers discounts ranging from 10% - 40% or more based upon the quantities of each gift purchased. How can I make changes to my order?


Once your personalized order is submitted, it is immediately sent to production so that we may offer you expedited service. Therefore, cancellations or changes to personalized orders are not permitted. If you've made a mistake and need to re-order, we'll gladly offer you a special discount.  For assistance please call us at 800-998-4830.

What methods of payment do you accept?


At Memorable Gifts, we accept major credit card payments made using VISA, MASTERCARD, Discover, American Express and PayPal as well as money orders and business checks.


How do I search for specific gift?


Let's say for instance that you are interested in Silver Picture Frames.

In the Keyword Search box you would type "Picture Frame" to see all the items with the keywords picture and frame or you could type "silver picture frame" to see only our picture frames that are silver.

Keywords are not case sensitive. You can type PEN, pen or Pen and you will get the same results.


Can you rush my order?


Yes, if your deadline is quickly approaching. Please advise us your delivery date requirements at the time you place your order. We will make every possible effort to ensure that your delivery date is met.


What if my order arrives damaged?


We closely inspect each order to ensure quality prior to shipping. In the event that your product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, by phone at Toll Free 1- 800-998-4830 or e-mail message to service@memorablegifts.com and we will immediately remedy the situation.


How do I check the status of my order?


Select"Order Status" at the top of this page and enter your e-mail address and account password to login. Upon accessing your account click "View Previous Orders" to view the current status of your order. Click here to access your account page.


How do I use my coupon/gift certificate code?


If you have a coupon and/or a gift certificate code, have the code handy when placing your order online. Our system will ask you for the code during the checkout process. Once you go through the process of finalizing your order the system will deduct the value of your coupon and/or gift certificate from your invoice.


Do you offer gift packaging and/or gift card services?


Each gift item can be customized with our exclusive detailing. Gifts can be packaged in premium gifting paper which we will adorn with our classic hand-tied red ribbon. We will include a gift card featuring your own personalized message. You will have the opportunity to create your personal message for the gift card prior to adding an item to your shopping cart.


Are sample products available?


The most effective means of verifying the quality of a gift item in which you are interested in purchasing prior to making a purchase commitment for a quantity of the item is to place a single order for one of that particular product without engraving. When you have evaluated the product you can simply return it for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, which is not refundable.
