Comments: My girlfriend lost her mother three years ago. I did not know her or her family then, but I know she misses her mom a lot. She always tells me that I remind her of her mom in the way that I do things and am there for her. I wanted something very special for her this year, so I had a memorial photo ornament made for her. It made her cry, but it was THE most perfect gift of all.

Comments: The wording is beautiful I sent a photo and requested a special crop which I wanted to approve. They emailed me the proof and I approved it right away to expedite the processing it takes time but the end result was worth it <3

Comments: I ordered 5 of these ornaments using 4 different pictures and they all came out great! When ordering I made an error; I called their customer service line and someone answered after the 2nd ring and corrected my mistake immediately. The quality of the ornaments and customer service is the reason I will be a continued customer .
