Comments: When I first received the case I was really excited. It looked very classy, great engraving. Although it catches fingerprints very easily, it still looks really nice. The metal hinges that hold the product together immediately fell out of the sides and after 2 days, the case completely fell apart. I contacted customer service explaining the problem and they immediately sent a new one, and it looks like the issue has been fixed.
