I needed it by a certain date and had to pay extra shipping costs, well there was a mix up with the shipping dept. and they had to send out another one. I appreciated that Alex the C/S rep and the company went beyond all of my expectations in order for me to receive it on time. I actually received 2 of them which worked out even better because the Priest was able to give one to his mom.
