Comments: In my opinion, the picture on the website doesn't do this plaque justice. It is gorgeous. It is a heavy, great quality product with great customization that comes in a great gift box. If I were to wish for anything, I wish you could use as many characters as the sample shows. We felt a little limited by the character count compared to the space available. Overall, very pleased.
