Comments: this is the second time i have purchased this wooden rosary box as a 1st communion gift. the first was for our son two years ago, and i was VERY pleased with the quality of the box and the attention to detail (beautiful wood and engraving, lovely interior lining, plus felt discs on bottom to prevent scratches, etc.). at that time, the "first communion" message was standard but i was able to choose a special message to go with the recipient's name and date of event for personalization of the box. we were extremely happy with it, so i decided to order it again this year for my nephew's first communion. they changed the product a bit so now the areas available for personalization are: the name of the occasion (nice b/c you can now use for other than 1st communion), the date of occasion, and the recipient's name. i placed the order, and was pleased at how quickly it was delivered (faster than estimated and expected). however, there was a problem with the personalization - the occasion ("first holy communion") was engraved twice vs. having one side show the now-standard message of "may god bless and keep you." i contacted the company and explained the problem, and they said they would send a replacement with the correct information ASAP. the customer service rep was very courteous and helpful. the replacement arrived even faster than the original order and everything is perfect. i am very happy with this item and will definitely choose again for future occasions, and i am very happy with how quickly and easily the company corrected the problem i had with this most recent order. thank you!
