However, I did not want an award, simply wanted an inscription on this partnering item. I emailed the company and got an immediate reply back with very specific directions as to how I could circumvent the standard award inscription and replace it with the words I wanted on this desk piece. It worked perfectly and the company contact stayed with me through the entire process of getting the proof to me and the ordering. Only thing I would recommend is that memorablegifts.com add a name plate "stand" to the package (additional fee of course). The name plate is very clean and smooth to where it sometimes slides across the table with a push or a bump.
